Highlands Council Meetings
The New Jersey Highlands Council meets alternate Thursdays each month starting at 10:00 am or 4:00 pm at their office at 100 North Road (County Road 513) in Chester. The office can be reached via Route 287 South to exit 39 (Route 10 West). Follow Route 10 West to Chester/Dover Road, Route 513. Travel South on Chester/Dover Road past Ironia. The office is located at the former Telecordia office.
